How soon will my order ship?
Please allow up to 8-13 days for processing.

Will I receive an email with my order details?
You will automatically be sent a confirmation email after your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?
After the order is placed you may not cancel your order. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it unused, we will issue a refund.

What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will issue a refund after items are returned unused. Please follow steps below:

Step 1: E-mail us at help@godsbabygirlclothing.com with your order # and name.

-With a subject of "Refund Request"
-List your product and why you want to return it.


Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.


Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will examine it.


Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will receive an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account within 3-7 business days.


Are there any additional fees I have to pay?
No handling/processing fees are ever charged.
