Return Policy

We value our customer experience. We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

 

To request a return, please contact support@godsbabygirl.com. If your return is accepted, we will send yo a return shipping label, as well

as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect all purchased items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or is the incorrect item so that we may correct the issue. 

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive all of the correct items and sizing is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let your know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to on your original payment method Please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank to process and post the refunded back into your account.
